a. Location Data
Current Location: The App may collect your device's current location data when you click on the buttons to get the current location before and after repairing the embroidery machine or when you day in or day out. This data is used to log the engineer's and our staff location in our database.
b. Attendance Data: When an engineer or sales person clicks on the "in" button to register attendance, the App collects the current location and time. Similarly, when they click on the "out" button, the App records the location and time. This data is used to calculate late arrival hours, early departure hours, and total working hours.
c. Complaint Data
Engineer Assignment: When a complaint is assigned to an engineer by an admin, the App records this assignment, including the complaint details and the engineer's information.
Complaint Status: We collect and store the status of the complaints (e.g., pending, closed) based on the engineer's actions and the information provided by the customer.
2. How We Use Information:
a. To Track Engineer and Sales Person Locations
Location data is used to verify the presence of engineers and salespersons at the site when addressing or resolving a complaint or logging attendance. The collected location and address data is stored and displayed to show the exact place where the engineer or salesperson registered their attendance (in/out). This information helps in tracking attendance and verifying their on-site presence.
b. To Manage Attendance and Working Hours
The App records the time and location when engineers and salespersons register their attendance by clicking "in" or "out." This data is used to:
Calculate late arrival hours for engineers and salespersons.
Calculate early departure hours.
Track the total working hours for each day.
The results, including the exact place of attendance registration, late coming hours, early going hours, and total working hours, are displayed for engineers and salespersons to review.
c. To Manage Complaints: We use the collected data to manage, track, and update the status of the complaints in our system.
d. To Provide Status Updates: Customers can view the status of their complaints and the engineer assigned to handle them.
3. How We Share Information
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to:
Comply with Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Operate and Improve the App: Information may be shared with service providers who assist in operating and improving the App.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
